The boundary
After SearchApi.io’s signup allowance and Zenserp’s recurring free allowance are excluded, SearchApi.io is lower for paid successful SERP requests through 10,000 searches a month. Zenserp is lower from 10,001 through 25,000, SearchApi.io becomes lower again from 25,001 through 35,000, and Zenserp is lower from 35,001 through the tested one-million-search range. These reversals come directly from the paid allowance steps: a product can be lower just before its plan ceiling and higher one request later, then retake the lower line when the other product reaches its own ceiling. The baseline counts only successful requests. SearchApi.io says HTTP 200 responses consume searches and failed requests do not.
