How billing works

One unit is one request, but JavaScript and non-JavaScript calls draw from separate monthly quotas and can have separate overage treatment. A JavaScript call does not consume the non-JavaScript pool, and the reverse is also true. RapidAPI platform bandwidth is another meter: each plan includes an allowance, after which transferred megabytes can add usage. Optional premium proxy traffic is sold separately by bandwidth. The common buying mistake is to add both request allowances together and treat the total as freely interchangeable capacity. The pools describe different endpoints, and bandwidth can still become billable after the relevant request succeeds.
