ZenRows pricing
How ZenRows separates Universal Scraper credits from browser time and bandwidth, with first-party plan conflicts stated plainly.
Every available option was priced in advance from published vendor rules. Changing a control only switches between those checked options; nothing is sent anywhere and no account is needed.

Successes you want
100,000 pages
Your stated workload. Every vendor on this site is priced against this same number.

Attempts you are billed for
100,000 requests
ZenRows does not bill failed fetches, so failures cost nothing here.
- × 5
What the meter counts
500,000 credits
One attempt is not one billed unit here: this workload multiplies by 5 before any money is involved.

Cash per month
$199.00 /mo
Growth. Cheapest of every eligible purchase option, not the first plan that fits.
Bars share one linear scale across the 3 counted stages, so a multiplier shows as length. Units differ by stage and are labelled. Cash is not on that scale.
100,000 pages divided by 95% success → 500,000 credit → Growth $199.00/mo = $1.99 per 1,000 pages kept

What consumes a unit
This is where a bill actually grows. One operation is not one billed unit, and the multiplier is published here rather than on the pricing page.
| Operation | Costs | Per | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| request.basic | 1 credit | request | source |
| request.js_render | 5 credit | request | source |
| request.premium_proxy | 10 credit | request | source |
| request.stealth | 25 credit | request | source |
| proxy.residential_bandwidth | 25000 credit | gb | source |
| browser.session_time | 5 credit | browser_minute | source |
What ZenRows does not publish
- Each paid family has a credit slider whose middle position is not priced publicly. The billing docs publish only the endpoints: Build $19 to $39 for 45,000 to 120,000 credits, Launch $69 to $129 for 250,000 to 700,000, Growth $199 to $399 for 1,200,000 to 3,000,000, and Scale $549 to $999 for 5,000,000 to 12,500,000. Only the entry position of each family is recorded here.
- The pricing page displays $16, $57, $165 and $456 for the four families while the billing docs publish $19, $69, $199 and $549 for the same credit amounts. The gap is exactly the published 17 percent annual discount, so the docs figure is recorded as the monthly price and the pricing-page figure as the annual effective monthly price, but the page's billing toggle could not be operated to confirm it.
- No per-credit overage rate is published; spending above the plan is done through top-up packs whose prices are not on the public pricing page.
- Response size limits are no longer published as per-plan megabyte figures.
What ZenRows is
ZenRows offers a Universal Scraper API for URL retrieval, a Scraping Browser for Puppeteer and Playwright connections, and separate residential proxies. The Universal Scraper can handle JavaScript, premium routing, protected-site access, screenshots, and structured formats. The Scraping Browser supports interactive, stateful automation. It is for developers who want either request-style scraping or a managed browser and are willing to model those paths separately. Source: ZenRows, retrieved 2026-07-26.
ScraperAPI, ScrapingBee, and Bright Data Browser API are the nearest named comparisons across that scope. ScraperAPI and ScrapingBee lead with credit-metered retrieval APIs, while Bright Data Browser API meters traffic through interactive browser sessions. ZenRows spans both jobs under one account balance but gives them different billing formulas: replacement request credits for Universal Scraper and browser time plus bandwidth for Scraping Browser. How billing works
For Universal Scraper, one unit is one credit. Basic, JavaScript, premium-proxy, and protected-site modes are replacement rates, so a request uses the selected mode’s credit amount rather than adding all four. Failed requests and internal retries are free, while HTTP 404 and 410 are treated as successful and billed. For Scraping Browser, browser hours and plan-specific bandwidth are separate additive meters against the account balance. The common buying mistake is to treat the displayed balance as one request pool or to add Universal Scraper mode rates together. Browser sessions spend time and traffic, while Universal Scraper spends a selected request class. Source: ZenRows pricing documentation, retrieved 2026-07-26.
What ZenRows does not publish consistently
- One reconciled Business 3K price, basic-result allowance, and concurrency figure across its first-party pages. Sources reviewed: ZenRows pricing, pricing documentation, and API reference, retrieved 2026-07-26.
- Annual effective monthly prices. Source reviewed: ZenRows pricing, retrieved 2026-07-26.
- One plan-independent Scraping Browser bandwidth rate inside the Universal Scraper credit table. Source reviewed: ZenRows pricing documentation, retrieved 2026-07-26.
Unused monthly balance does not roll over. Source: ZenRows pricing documentation, retrieved 2026-07-26.
Who it suits
ZenRows suits teams that need both request-based scraping and interactive browser sessions and can keep their formulas separate. It is less suitable for buyers expecting one fungible request allowance or requiring a fully reconciled high-tier plan table before a call. The reason is that the two products use legitimately different resources, while several Business 3K figures currently disagree across first-party sources.
