Bars share one linear scale across the 3 counted stages, so a multiplier shows as length. Units differ by stage and are labelled. Cash is not on that scale.

Product scope and returned result

Serper.dev is a Google SERP API. It returns structured search response data for Google result types including Search, Images, News, Maps, Places, Videos, Shopping, Scholar, Patents, and Autocomplete. Its example response separates knowledge-graph material, organic results, links, snippets, and related fields. That makes it a search-engine-results feed, not a generic page scraper and not an LLM-generated answer service. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).

Requests can specify country and language, and the vendor says searches are issued in real time rather than served from a cache. Published plan capacity ranges from 50 queries per second on Starter to 300 on Ultimate. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).

Every recorded meter

The sole recorded meter is one credit per successful search response. A failed request does not consume a credit. The meter does not vary by the number of result records in the response in the current vendor record. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).

Purchased credit has a pack-dependent effective rate:

  • Starter buys 50,000 credits for $50, or $0.001 per successful search. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).
  • Standard buys 500,000 credits for $375, or $0.00075 per successful search. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).
  • Scale buys 2.5 million credits for $1,250, or $0.0005 per successful search. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).
  • Ultimate buys 12.5 million credits for $3,750, or $0.0003 per successful search. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).

Every purchased pack expires six months after purchase. Unused expired credit therefore has no continuing value and should not be treated like an open-ended pay-as-you-go balance. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).

Contract path, minimum, and trial

The standard path is self-serve: sign up, receive 2,500 free queries without providing a credit card, then buy a top-up when needed. The lowest paid purchase is the $50 Starter pack. Serper accepts major credit cards and PayPal. Credits are deducted only on successful responses, and new queries stop when the balance reaches zero. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).

No separate enterprise plan or quote-only tier appears in the current record. Buyers needing more than the published 300 queries per second can contact Serper about a higher concurrency limit. A useful request should include the Google result types used, locations and languages, monthly successful-query volume, burst rate, and required pack life. The page does not say whether multiple packs can be combined at the same tier, so that remains a sales or support question. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).

Price status and why there is no monthly plan price

Serper publishes prepaid top-up prices, not monthly subscriptions. The six-month validity period and one-time cash purchase are essential contract terms, so entering $50 as a monthly plan would be inaccurate. (Serper.dev, retrieved 2026-07-26).

Answer

Serper.dev requires a $375.00 prepaid purchase for 100,000 standard searches using Standard. It is not a monthly subscription. Every figure is sourced and dated.
