Thunderbit pricing
Thunderbit has no public price for 100,000 AI extraction operations a month; what it does publish, and why that is not a bill, is set out below.
Thunderbit is mainly a no-code Chrome extension and web app that turns pages into tables, and it also sells a separate developer Open API (Distill, Extract, Search) billed in API units.

What you pay
The Open API sells its page units by the year, all upfront, and the extension's credits count output rows, so a monthly bill for a page job cannot be calculated from these plans.

About this price and its sources

Bars share one linear scale across the 2 counted stages, so a multiplier shows as length. Units differ by stage and are labelled. Cash is not on that scale.
What makes it cost more
One page is not always one billed unit. These are Thunderbit's published charges for each kind of work; failed requests are not billed.

Limits and terms
What Thunderbit publishes beyond the price: the limits a job runs into and the terms that change what a plan is worth. Each line links the page it comes from and the day it was read.
Speed, concurrency and sessions
- Open API concurrency and rate limits conflict between pages: the product page and Thunderbit's API blog say Starter 30 and Pro 50 concurrent requests; the docs rate-limits page says Free 2 (10 requests per minute), Pro 10 (100 per minute) and Enterprise 50 (1,000 per minute). source
- Open API Free plan is 600 units one-time with 2 concurrent requests. source
Credits, renewal and billing
- Open API paid plans are billed yearly with all units upfront. source
- Extension free tier: scrape up to 6 pages regardless of rows per page, 10 pages with the free trial. source
Support and service levels
- Open API: pages over 10 MB of HTML before processing return SCRAPE_CONTENT_TOO_LARGE; login-gated sites are not supported through the API; robots.txt is honored for distillation by default. source
No public price. The vendor's published terms do not give a complete price for this job.

What Thunderbit does not publish
- Thunderbit's pricing page shows its extension plans only in a browser; the plan prices here come from Thunderbit's own blog.
- What scraping subpages and enriching data cost in extension credits.
- Prices for the Open API's larger Pro tiers (1.2 million units a year and up); only the entry price is printed.
- A month-to-month Open API price, and any overage or top-up price.
- One concurrency limit for the Open API: the pricing page, the API blog and the documentation give different figures.
What Thunderbit is
Thunderbit is mainly a no-code Chrome extension and web app that turns a page into a table with AI. It also sells a separate Open API for developers, with Distill (a page as markdown), Extract (a page as JSON to your schema) and Search. The two are billed in different credits, and a plan for one does not pay for the other.
How billing works
The extension charges 1 credit per output row, with plans from $15 a month (500 rows), or $9 a month billed yearly, up to $249 a month for 20,000 rows; the free tier covers 6 pages. The Open API charges 1 unit per page for Distill and 20 per page for Extract, and sells its paid plans only by the year with all units upfront: Starter at $16 a month for 60,000 units a year, Pro from $40 a month for 600,000. It has its own free tier of 600 units, once. Thunderbit’s own errors are never billed, and a target site’s failure is billed only if some data came back.
Before you buy
The yearly units are a pool, not a monthly allowance: 600,000 units a year is 50,000 a month on average. Thunderbit’s pages give different concurrency limits for the Open API, so test your rate before a large batch.
Who it suits
The extension suits people who need tables from a few pages without code. For a developer, the Open API’s Distill is a markdown scraping API at about $0.80 per 1,000 pages on Pro’s entry tier billed yearly, and Extract at 20 units a page is the dearer AI extraction path; the AI extraction prices set it against the rest.
