What counts as a price change

Every pricing page on this site is read once a day. A change is listed only when the vendor's own page changed: one day's reading shows the old price and not the new one, a later reading shows the new price and not the old one, the old price does not come back, and the record on this site was updated to match. "Seen" is the day of the first reading with the new price; when readings were days apart, the change happened somewhere between the two dates shown.

Two kinds of edit are left out on purpose. A correction of this site's own reading (a yearly price first taken for a monthly one, a plan table that had not fully loaded) is not a vendor's price change. And a plan that appears or disappears is listed only after someone has compared both versions of the page, because a page can show plans our reader had missed before. Each vendor page on this site keeps its own reading date, so a price that did not change still tells you when it was last confirmed.
