One attempt is not one billed unit here: this workload multiplies by 10 before any money is involved.

    Cash per month

    $119.00 /mo

Basic: the cheapest way to buy this volume, not just the first plan big enough.

Bars share one linear scale across the 3 counted stages, so a multiplier shows as length. Units differ by stage and are labelled. Cash is not on that scale.

100,000 pages divided by 95% success → 1,000,000 credits → Basic $119.00/mo = $1.19 per 1,000 pages kept

The arithmetic, line by line
  1. pages: 1 credit per request source
  2. JavaScript rendering: 10 credits per request source
  3. consumes 1,000,000 credits per month
  4. cheapest way to buy that: Basic, 1,000,000 included = $119.00 per month source

What HasData does not publish

What HasData is

HasData combines a general Web Scraping API, structured APIs for search and named sites, and no-code Scraper Jobs billed by returned row. It is for teams that want one account to cover raw page access, target-specific JSON, and scheduled or no-code collection. The product choice matters because an API request and a Scraper Job row are different billable objects. Sources: HasData, HasData pricing, and HasData pricing documentation, checked Jul 27, 2026.

ScrapingBee, SerpApi, and Browse AI are the nearest named competitors. ScrapingBee combines general HTML retrieval with dedicated structured APIs, SerpApi specializes in structured search-engine results, and Browse AI centers on recorded robots and monitoring. HasData’s distinction is placing general retrieval, many target APIs, and per-row no-code scrapers inside one monthly credit pool. Sources: HasData pricing, ScrapingBee, SerpApi, and Browse AI pricing, checked Jul 27, 2026.

How billing works

One unit is a credit from the monthly pool. A basic Web Scraping API request uses one credit; residential proxy use replaces that with five, JavaScript rendering with a datacenter proxy uses ten, and combining rendering with a residential proxy uses fifteen. Named APIs have their own request multipliers, while Scraper Jobs multiply by returned rows and the scraper-specific row cost. Credits are deducted only for successful results, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. The buying mistake to avoid is reading a plan’s displayed “up to” request or row count as simultaneous capacity for every tool. All products draw from the same pool at different rates. Sources: HasData pricing, Web Scraping API request cost, and HasData pricing documentation, checked Jul 27, 2026.

Who it suits

HasData suits a team that wants to mix general web retrieval, structured target APIs, and no-code scraper rows while tracking them in credits. It does not suit procurement that needs one output unit for every workflow, guaranteed rollover, or a published automatic overage rate. The reason is that flexibility comes from a shared pool whose depletion depends on request configuration and returned-row volume.
